A busy and high-profile full time role, looking after the needs of our customers face-to-face, on the phone, and by e-mail. You’ll need to be passionate about customer service, and the kind of person who instinctively goes the extra mile to delight a customer. Obviously that needs exceptional inter-personal and communications skills, but you’ll also need a real attention to detail and strong computer skills.
Variable shifts, including earlies, lates and weekends. Uniform and meals on duty provided.

We are open every day of the year, from early until late, so you’ll need to be flexible and have reliable transport (unless you live within easy walking distance, or the vacancy is advertised as having live-in accommodation available).
