Trainee Receptionist/Front of House
Part Time Receptionist
We currently have openings in our Reception team at The Bedford Hotel – a Trainee Receptionist position, which will also include working in our bar and restaurant, and a Part Time Receptionist position for which relevant experience is required.
As a Receptionist your role is to help maximise room sales and ensure that all of our guests receive the highest standards of customer service from the moment they book until they depart.
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained in all of their daily tasks and interaction with our guests. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for room sales and all guest enquiries as well as liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.
The right person must have experience of working in a busy customer service environment, excellent written and spoken English, careful attention to detail and the ability to carry out instructions efficiently.
You’ll need to have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be someone who can also bring a professional, well presented and well organised approach to the working environment.

Junior Sous Chef

Housekeeper (part-time, mornings & weekends)
Our valued guests expect the very highest standards throughout the hotel, and as a part-time Housekeeper you will be responsible for cleaning and preeparing guest bedrooms and public areas to these high standards.
