We have a selection of meeting rooms to suit every need, from an interview session for two, to a full conference for 150 delegates. Our meeting rooms beautifully combine quality facilities with historic surroundings, creating a productive yet very pleasant ambience for your meeting or conference.
Our stunning Gallery 26 function suite is a bright and contemporary space, with floor-to-ceiling windows and air-conditioning. We have a large free car park, and there are public car parks a short stroll away to cater for the largest events. With 31 comfortable and individually-styled bedrooms, we can also host your residential conference, awayday, training session, product launch or customer incentive.

Gallery 26 is our largest conference space, and can comfortably seat 150 delegates theatre-style, or 100 delegates cabaret-style. This contemporary space in the heart of the historic hotel is filled with natural light and is air conditioned.

Enjoy award-winning conference dining, launch events and celebrations for up to 100 guests in Gallery 26.

The historic Portrait Room is an elegant space for a boardroom-style meeting for 20, or up to 50 delegates theatre-style. The adjoining veranda is a bright and airy space, opening onto the hotel’s front garden, providing a convenient break-out space or refreshment area.

The Tavistock Room is a very elegant and historic oak-panelled room, and comfortably seats 24 for a boardroom-style meeting, lunch or dinner. This room can also be used theatre-style for up to 30.

The Carriage Room is a contemporary space with a boardroom table seating 12 delegates.
