We know that the loss of a loved one makes for such a difficult time, and we are pleased to offer our discrete assistance by providing a range of options to allow your family and friends to come together in relaxed and comfortable surroundings. Our Events team are on hand to help you plan your arrangements, and to ensure that everything on the day is as you would wish.
If you would find it more convenient, and to reduce the burden at this difficult time, we are very happy to co-ordinate arrangements with the nominated funeral director.

We have a range of comfortable and welcoming rooms to accommodate up to 170 guests:
Gallery 26 (for up to 170 guests): £160
Portrait Room (for up to 40 guests): £80
Tavistock Room (for up to 20 guests): £80

We would request payment of the applicable room hire charge at the time of booking. The balance of charges can be paid at your convenience – either in advance, on the day of the event, or the following day.
We would ask that you advise of us of the number of guests for whom you would like us to cater no later than 3 days beforehand.
All Celebration of Life menus include tea and coffee for all catered guests. Should the number of guests the day exceed the catered numbers, we can provide additional tea and coffee at a price of £2.50 per cup.
All menus include a vegetarian option. We are pleased to cater for other dietary requirements or allergies with advance notice.
If it is more convenient for you, we are pleased to work with the nominated funeral director, and can organise invoicing via the funeral director by prior arrangement.
